This Disclaimer encompasses all carriers available and purchased at Mother And Bebe either via the website or locally.

You, the baby wearer, assumes all responsibility for the child placed in carriers made by Mother And Bebe.  Mother And Bebe and it's affiliates will not be held liable for accidents, injuries and/or deaths associated with any of our carriers.

Please examine your Mother And Bebe carrier carefully before each use and discontinue use if it is torn, worn, frayed or damaged in any way.  If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase the Mother And Bebe product.

Our carriers should not be used in the following situations:

1. While using or handling chemicals

2. While driving or riding in or on a vehicle

3. While operating in or near any type of heavy machinery or farm equipment

4. While participating in any type of athletics or high risk activities

5. While cooking or in close proximity to heat sources

6. While drinking alcohol or under the influence of any drug that may alter your awareness

7. While lifting or moving any heavy, sharp or awkward items

8. While you are sleeping.

Please use extreme caution when first learning to use our products.  We recommend practicing with an inanimate object first.  You may also surround yourself with cushions or a sofa and stay low to the ground when first placing your child in the carrier. Initially, you may also need the help of another adult until you become comfortable positioning your child.  Mother And Bebe products are safe when used properly.  Please use common sense, follow all instructions carefully and diligently and above all, wear your child wisely.
